Part Time Telehealth Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver lifestyle management education and support to members through phone, video, chat, text, or email.

• Collaborate with care coordinators, registered dietitians, physicians, and clinical support personnel.

• Administer medication management and address obesity-related comorbidities under the supervision of a physician.

• Conduct remote patient monitoring using scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, ketone meters, and similar devices.

• Assist with dosing and titration according to established protocols for prescribed anti-obesity medications.

• Engage with team physicians and external health providers.

• Build rapport and therapeutic relationships with a diverse member demographic.

• Facilitate behavior change utilizing motivational techniques.

• Present online webinars as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active RN license in good standing.

• Compact/Multistate license is preferred.

• Previous experience in home health, pulmonary rehab, cardiac rehab, or bariatric surgery is preferred.

• Experience in supporting and educating about anti-obesity medications is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in using motivational interviewing to encourage behavior change.

• Proven capability to accept constructive feedback and incorporate it effectively into member interactions.

• Must have a home office suitable for private conversations and reliable high-speed internet.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

• Cannot maintain full-time employment elsewhere.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Commitment of a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
