This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls and provide customer support for Claro Perú

• Address customer inquiries through Contact Center channels

• Convey information clearly and with empathy

• Engage in training sessions and performance activities

• Adhere to evening shift schedules and rotating breaks

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Junior High School

• Experience in formal and informal customer service

• Candidates without experience will also be considered

• Commitment and a strong desire to grow

• Strong verbal communication skills and empathy

• Availability for evening shifts from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• Availability for rotating breaks
