Part Time Online Teacher – French, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated caseload of students and track their academic progress throughout their course journey.

• Ensure regular communication with students, parents, and educational partners, providing consistent progress updates.

• Evaluate assignments and deliver timely, constructive feedback.

• Conduct engaging live virtual instruction when necessary.

• Assess student performance and implement suitable academic interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with instructional leaders and internal teams to promote student success.

• Keep accurate student records and fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities.

• Engage in professional development, instructional observations, and feedback mechanisms.

• Complete all mandatory training and compliance requirements.

• Act as a substitute or bench teacher when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education or a related field is required.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• An active teaching certification or license in the relevant subject area is strongly preferred.

• Previous classroom or instructional experience is required.

• Experience in teaching within an online or blended learning environment is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Ability to foster positive relationships in a virtual learning environment.

• Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technology is required.

• Ability to independently use technology necessary for the role, including Microsoft Office, email, video conferencing tools, and learning management systems.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.

• Capability to handle a high-volume asynchronous caseload with consistency and responsiveness.

• Proven ability to utilize student performance data to guide instructional choices.
