Part Time Online Teacher – All Subjects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated caseload of students and track their academic progress throughout the duration of the course.

• Ensure regular communication with students, parents, and educational partners, including frequent updates on progress.

• Assess assignments and deliver prompt, constructive feedback.

• Provide dynamic live virtual instruction when required.

• Evaluate student performance and apply suitable academic interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with instructional leaders and internal stakeholders to enhance student success.

• Keep precise student records and fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities.

• Engage in professional development, instructional observations, and feedback mechanisms.

• Complete all mandated training and compliance activities.

• Act as a substitute or bench teacher when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education or a related field is required.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• An active teaching certification or license in the relevant subject area is strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in a classroom or instructional setting is required.

• Experience teaching in an online or blended learning environment is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to foster positive relationships within a virtual learning environment.

• Proficient in learning management systems and educational technology.

• Competence in independently navigating necessary technology for the role, including Microsoft Office, email, video conferencing platforms, and learning management systems.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to manage a high-volume asynchronous caseload with consistency and responsiveness.

• Proven ability to utilize student performance data to guide instructional decisions.
