Part-time Online Science Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Instruct captivating Science classes via live virtual platforms for students in Years 9-12.

• Implement the Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, and NCEA Levels 2-3 curriculum.

• Create tailored learning experiences for individual students.

• Foster trust-based relationships with students in an online setting.

• Work alongside a highly skilled team of innovative educators.

• Enhance student progress through differentiated teaching methods.

• Offer valuable formative assessments, along with quality feedback, feed-forward, and summative evaluations that align with curriculum objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid New Zealand Teaching Registration.

• Qualification in Science education and subject matter expertise.

• Strong understanding of the NCEA curriculum, specifically Levels 2-3.

• Excellent communication skills paired with proficiency in digital technology.

• Experience teaching IGCSE (desirable).

• Background in online or blended learning (desirable).

• Familiarity with educational technology and AI platforms (desirable).
