This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The anticipated duration for client interaction during a session is 20 minutes, plus an additional 10 minutes dedicated to documentation (totaling no more than 30 minutes per session).

• A Master's Degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy with a Provisional or Associate License is REQUIRED.
• Full licensure as a Mental Health Practitioner is a PLUS.
• Excellent skills in clinical writing, assessment, and active listening are essential.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation is required.
• Background in providing therapeutic services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, or experience in community mental health, crisis support, or a college counseling environment is necessary.
