Part Time Instructor – Fullstack AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver lessons that are aligned with curriculum objectives and session plans.

• Facilitate dynamic online instruction utilizing best practices suitable for adult learners.

• Offer subject matter expertise in Fullstack AI.

• Relate course topics to real-world industry applications and professional practices.

• Promote collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving within the classroom.

• Provide personalized student support during live sessions and during office hours.

• Maintain consistent communication with students regarding their progress, expectations, and milestones.

• Respond promptly and professionally to communications from students and staff.

• Offer clear, constructive, and timely feedback on assignments and assessments.

• Assess student progress based on course deliverables and established grading criteria.

• Keep accurate records of student performance and engagement.

• Identify and escalate academic or performance issues to the Lead Instructor or relevant staff.

• Support performance improvement initiatives when necessary.

• Comply with institutional policies and standards set by the instructional team.

• Create an inclusive, respectful, and professional learning environment.

• Act as a role model and mentor for students.

• Collaborate with instructional staff and program teams to enhance the student learning experience.

• Represent the organization in a professional manner when interacting with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in full stack web development, with substantial hands-on knowledge in both frontend and backend technologies.

• Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs; familiarity with Python frameworks (Django, Flask) is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of frontend tools and workflows, including HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks, and principles of responsive design.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for application deployment, containerization, and CI/CD integration.

• Exposure to Generative AI technologies, including OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or Stable Diffusion, along with experience in integrating AI models into full stack solutions.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM-based application design, and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.

• (Preferred) Previous teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience in academic or professional environments.

• (Preferred) A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical subjects in an engaging and accessible manner.
