This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Deliver comprehensive and timely feedback to students regarding their assessment tasks.
β’ Foster a positive, secure, inclusive, and student-focused learning atmosphere.
β’ Meet all deadlines for required responsibilities, including final grades, assessments, grading rubrics, and feedback on grade appeals.
β’ Engage in necessary professional training and scholarly activities as applicable.
β’ Offer insights to the course lead about the course material.
β’ Recognize students who are at risk and work in collaboration with student services.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Academic Program Director and fellow faculty members to enhance program quality, boost student engagement, and promote student success.
β’ A doctoral degree focused on couple/marriage and family therapy or a related discipline is essential.
β’ Proven record of publications in research-based, scholarly, peer-reviewed journals.
β’ Experience in the online delivery of education and associated support systems.
β’ Previous involvement as a member of a dissertation committee, ideally in the role of chair or advisor.
β’ Preferred experience in teaching graduate-level qualitative methods, quantitative methods, or statistics.
β’ A cover letter is mandatory.
