Part Time Disability Transaction Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage assigned disability transaction tasks, including BLIS and Outsort queues.

• Investigate customer applications and available records to identify and verify existing disability claim matches.

• Examine document images and accurately input index data into customer systems.

• Adhere to established procedures, quality standards, clean-desk policies, and production priorities.

• Utilize coaching and training feedback to enhance proficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comfortable following a strict clean-desk policy.

• Capable of undergoing and passing the necessary background and drug screenings.

• High school diploma or a general education degree (GED) is required.

• Basic skills in PC usage and internet navigation.

• Proficient in navigating computer applications and performing routine online tasks.

• A suitable work-from-home office setup is necessary.

• Availability to work the designated part-time schedule.

• Open to receiving coaching and training.

• Must pass an internet speed test: download speed of ≥25 Mbps, upload speed of ≥5 Mbps, and ping time of ≤175 ms.

• Ability to connect via an ethernet cable to a modem/router is required.

• Eligibility to reside in a state where Conduent’s compensation structure aligns with applicable wage laws.

• Data entry experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a plus.
