This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Clarity Pediatrics is in search of licensed Child and Family Therapists to become a part of our remote, multidisciplinary team. You will deliver clinical services, primarily focusing on ADHD and anxiety assessments, with the possibility of leading parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT).

Additionally, you will have the chance to influence our care model and enhance workflows that facilitate high-quality, sustainable care. • Perform thorough ADHD and anxiety assessments as well as intake evaluations for new patients and families.
• Offer tailored treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, integrated care.
• You are a licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) holding a master’s degree in a relevant field, and you have a passion for delivering exceptional care to children and families.
• You currently hold a license in California and are open to acquiring licenses in other states (we will assist you with that!).
• You possess experience in integrated care settings and enjoy utilizing evidence-based approaches, particularly for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• You are tech-savvy, a quick learner, and enthusiastic about influencing the future of behavioral health through innovative, virtual care.

• Licensed in additional states.
• Proficiency in Spanish (with pay differential).
• Clinical Hourly Rate: $62.00–$84.00 per completed session.
• Administrative Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour for non-clinical activities (documentation, meetings, administration).
• Flexible part-time hours: 8–25 hours per week (totaling clinical and administrative time), with a maximum of 8 working hours per day.
• Flexible scheduling within our operating hours (7 am – 8 pm PT, Monday–Saturday).
• A dedicated care coordination team to assist with administrative tasks (e.g., cancellations, rescheduling, documentation requests, billing).
