This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance paid social campaigns across various platforms and formats.

• Manage in-platform configurations, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, pacing, creative rotation, and measurement alignment.

• Track performance metrics and modify investment strategies based on efficiency and effectiveness objectives.

• Ensure campaign activations comply with enterprise standards, brand safety protocols, and data quality requirements.

• Facilitate the adoption of new features, formats, and automated workflows.

• Lead intricate and high-value client paid social campaigns, serving as the paid social extension for client teams.

• Collaborate with Client Strategy to ensure social activations align with approved plans.

• Interpret performance data and creative insights to formulate optimization recommendations.

• Engage in client discussions as an execution expert.

• Identify risks, opportunities, and platform changes proactively.

• Lead client discussions regarding paid social, acting as the primary subject matter expert and strategic authority on social platforms, activations, and performance metrics.

• Assist Social Channel Managers and Coordinators through task direction and quality assurance.

• Contribute to documentation, testing initiatives, and the evolution of activation standards.

• Collaborate with Analytics to facilitate learning and optimization efforts.

• Accountable for mentoring and assisting designated channel managers and coordinators in their professional development.

• Promote knowledge sharing within the paid social team by proactively distributing platform updates, best practices, test results, and performance insights to enhance collective expertise and consistency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in paid social or performance media activation.

• Practical experience with major social platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in presenting performance insights and creative findings to clients.

• Ability to mentor and provide support to junior team members.
