• Interpret performance data and creative insights to formulate optimization recommendations.
• Engage in client discussions as an execution expert.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and platform changes proactively.
• Lead client discussions regarding paid social, acting as the primary subject matter expert and strategic authority on social platforms, activations, and performance metrics.
• Assist Social Channel Managers and Coordinators through task direction and quality assurance.
• Contribute to documentation, testing initiatives, and the evolution of activation standards.
• Collaborate with Analytics to facilitate learning and optimization efforts.
• Accountable for mentoring and assisting designated channel managers and coordinators in their professional development.
• Promote knowledge sharing within the paid social team by proactively distributing platform updates, best practices, test results, and performance insights to enhance collective expertise and consistency.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in paid social or performance media activation.
• Practical experience with major social platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in presenting performance insights and creative findings to clients.
• Ability to mentor and provide support to junior team members.
