This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Performing thorough analyses of programs and information systems.
• Aiding in the implementation of enforcement orders.
• Organizing inspections of licensed facilities and coordinating meetings with licensing personnel.
• Managing the fines system and conducting inspections on-site.
• Facilitating referrals and collaborating with law enforcement agencies on criminal investigations.
• Evaluating incident reports and prioritizing complaints based on urgency.
• Planning and executing research studies related to licensed environments.
• Supporting data entry tasks and executing data analysis.
• Producing weekly and monthly reports through various data collection techniques.
• Maintaining data integrity by routinely monitoring database systems.
• Reviewing, assessing, and proposing revisions to existing policies and regulations.
• Coordinating IT applications to enhance program functions.
• Offering guidance, direction, and technical assistance to office personnel.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services-related discipline (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Medicine, EMT).
• An Associate's Degree in a health or human services-related area AND at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a health or human services-related field showcasing the capability to perform the outlined duties and essential functions.
