Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess mental health diagnoses and develop as well as implement treatment plans.

• Complete ongoing documentation, including additional diagnoses, treatment plan evaluations, and case notes, in line with company policies.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to support the mission of addressing community gaps.

• Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals.

• Prepare and submit individual session documentation in accordance with company guidelines and protocols.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits weekly for full-time clinicians.

• Attend and actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.

• On track to obtain licensure in the relevant field.

• Clinical licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Capability to complete and submit service documentation and other required documents promptly.

• Comfort and familiarity in working with a diverse client population.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Fully licensed clinicians who are ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

• Because the position is remote, only fully licensed clinicians will be considered.

• Successful candidates must pass screening via the Clearinghouse.
