Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess mental health diagnoses and develop as well as implement treatment strategies.

• Maintain ongoing documentation, including additional diagnoses, reviews of treatment plans, and case notes, in accordance with company policies.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to advance the mission of addressing community needs.

• Employ innovative approaches in interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals.

• Prepare and submit individual session documentation in line with company guidelines and protocols.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits weekly for full-time status.

• Attend and actively participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must be on the path to obtaining licensure in the relevant field.

• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is mandatory.

• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to demonstrate and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Capability to complete and submit service documentation and other necessary documents punctually.

• Comfort and familiarity in working with a diverse client demographic.

• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is advantageous.

• Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

• Since this position is remote, only fully licensed clinicians will be considered.

• Successful candidates must undergo a screening process through the Clearinghouse.
