Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Managing a caseload of no fewer than 25 client visits each week

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations, formulating treatment plans, and documenting case notes

• Utilizing your clinical creativity to assist clients in achieving tangible progress

• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions within a team that genuinely values camaraderie

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid clinical license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, crafting treatment plans, and maintaining progress notes

• Strong boundaries with clients and the self-awareness to uphold them

• Commitment to timely documentation

• Experience with Office 365 and EHR systems; familiarity with Valant is advantageous

• Credentialing with insurance panels is preferred for fully licensed candidates, but we are open to working with you
