Outbound Call Sales Agent, Russian Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and present the company's services.

• Assess customer requirements and offer customized solutions to enhance sales.

• Keep comprehensive records of communications and sales activities within the CRM platform.

• Work collaboratively with team members to exchange insights and refine sales strategies.

• Engage in training programs focused on product knowledge and sales methodologies.

• Reach out to prospective clients in Russian-speaking CIS markets, excluding Russia.

• Proficient in both Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in sales or a role involving customer interaction is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong skills in negotiation and persuasion.

• Goal-oriented with a strong enthusiasm for reaching sales targets.

• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage objections efficiently.
