This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in CIS markets, excluding Russia.

• Present and demonstrate the company's products and services.

• Assess customer requirements and offer customized solutions to boost sales.

• Keep comprehensive records of interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with team members to exchange insights and enhance sales strategies.

• Engage in training sessions focused on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Proficient in both Russian and English, with strong written and verbal skills.

• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing position is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.

• Motivated by targets and passionate about achieving sales objectives.

• Capable of working effectively in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently manage objections.
