This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Conduct 400–500 outbound calls daily utilizing an auto-dialer.
• Adhere to approved scripts to assess prospects for home and auto insurance.
• Provide qualified live transfers to licensed insurance agents based in the U.S.
• Achieve or surpass monthly benchmarks for live transfers.
• Uphold consistency, professionalism, and enthusiasm during high call volumes.
• Disposition calls accurately and follow the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strictly comply with scripts, call flows, and training protocols.
• Clearly communicate with trainers and team leads about performance and any issues.
• Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or high-volume call center settings.
• Familiarity with scripted outbound calling is essential.
• Previous experience in the insurance field (home and/or auto) is advantageous.
• Experience with live transfer sales models is beneficial.
• Fluent English with excellent comprehension and communication skills.
• Capacity to maintain pace and quality during extended call sessions.
• Comfort in a metrics-driven, highly structured work environment.
• Dependable internet connection and ability to successfully complete a technical setup test.
• Knowledge of Five9 or Ricochet 360 is a plus.
• Computer (not a Chromebook) is required.
• Must have Windows 10 or 11 or Mac iOS 12+.
• Google Chrome browser is necessary.
• Stable primary internet connection plus backup internet is required.
• Headset and webcam are mandatory.
