Outbound Appointment Setter, Marketing & Client Success VA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute outbound LinkedIn outreach to engage mortgage brokers and referral partners.

• Establish and cultivate strong, enduring referral partnerships.

• Arrange appointments and meetings for the business owner.

• Actively follow up with leads and sustain a dynamic sales pipeline.

• Strategically plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.

• Adapt Canva templates for diverse content requirements.

• Craft attention-catching captions and marketing copy.

• Track comments, messages, and audience interactions.

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Create engaging social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and marketing emails.

• Participate in content strategy and ongoing marketing initiatives.

• Dispatch welcome emails and communications to new clients.

• Gather client identification and necessary onboarding documents.

• Oversee onboarding processes and sustain ongoing communications with clients.

• Coordinate follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Manage general administrative business duties.

• Oversee CRM and client database management.

• Organize client gifts and perform online research as needed.

• Provide executive and administrative support as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Marketing Assistant, Client Success VA, or a similar position.

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and appointment scheduling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in using Go High Level (GHL).

• Experienced in Canva design.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects.

• Confident in client communication and relationship building.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, background in email marketing, CRM management skills, copywriting experience, digital marketing knowledge, Google Ads understanding, and expertise in workflow automation.
