This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize a structured approach to lead change management initiatives; Implement change management processes and tools to formulate a strategy that facilitates the adoption of necessary changes brought about by a project or initiative.
• Direct and assist in communication and training efforts; Aid in the design, development, delivery, and oversight of communications to foster awareness, proactively address resistance to change, and enhance end-user readiness; Ensure messaging consistency throughout the transformation processes.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to align change scope, while developing and executing change management, communication, and training strategies and plans.
• Evaluate and communicate the impacts of change; Perform impact analyses, gauge change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and tactics aimed at maximizing adoption and minimizing resistance for specific initiatives, which include, but are not limited to:
• Assessments of change impact and readiness.
• Stakeholder mapping and analysis.
• Communication plans detailing the change narrative and the rationale behind the change.
• Plans for managing resistance.
• Audience impact analysis and readiness assessments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and track progress.
• Provide consultation and coaching to project teams and leaders.
• Navigate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Monitor and report on change status, ensuring visibility on progress towards milestones and transparency regarding risks and issues.
• Stay informed on current change management practices while serving as both an advocate and thought leader in the field.
• Preferred Change Management accreditation (e.g., APMG, Prosci).
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or extensive specialized training in a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Change Management.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technology and healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent facilitation skills for both large and small group settings.
• Self-motivated individual with a dynamic, resilient nature and a high degree of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues effectively.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential issues that may hinder an initiative, utilizing critical thinking to explore alternative solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of business needs, with the capability to build and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence.
• Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on execution.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite and experience in utilizing tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and structure information.
• Ability to create and execute strategic communication plans, promote and implement them, including executive-level communications (e.g., PowerPoints, emails).
• Proactive individual capable of functioning efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work across the organization to dismantle silos and encourage the business to "think" and "communicate" cohesively.
• Capable of quickly establishing effective working relationships with diverse personalities.
