This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Work Setup and Location: Remote
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEDT | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT
• Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience framework that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, including attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, performance, retention, and exit.
• Identify and enhance key "moments that matter" throughout the employee experience.
• Analyze employee data, such as engagement surveys, pulse checks, exit interviews, and feedback mechanisms, converting insights into actionable improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Talent & Learning team to integrate employee experience initiatives throughout the Group.
• Support organizational development, role clarity, and optimization of operating models in line with business strategy.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, focusing on team effectiveness, leadership alignment, cultural diagnostics, and capability assessments.
• Contribute to initiatives that shape organizational culture in alignment with the Group’s values, behavioral standards, and leadership expectations.
• Implement appropriate change management frameworks and methodologies across people, IT, and business transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses for significant projects.
• Create, execute, and evaluate change plans, including communication, engagement, readiness, and adoption strategies.
• Mentor leaders and managers on effective change leadership practices.
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Talent & Learning, Reward, and HR Operational Excellence teams.
• Prepare insights, reports, and recommendations for HR leadership, governance, or board meetings as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and/or Change Management.
• Proven experience in complex, multi-site or multi-environment organizations, with exposure to manufacturing, mining, or industrial sectors being a significant advantage.
• Experience supporting group or multi-entity organizations across both corporate and operational functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate across all business levels.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the skill to transform employee insights into effective people initiatives.
• Experience in leading or supporting organizational change, culture transformation, and employee engagement initiatives.
