Oracle EPM Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical architecture and solution design for Oracle EPM Cloud (including Planning/EPBCS, PCM), focusing on dimensions, hierarchies, data flows, and security models.

• Develop and enhance business rules, Groovy/Calc Manager calculations, forms, dashboards, and reporting elements.

• Manage data integration (Oracle EPM Data Integration/EPM Automate/REST APIs) with Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS, ensuring comprehensive mappings, validations, and reconciliation.

• Take ownership of environment management across development, testing, and production; optimize performance, implement snapshot strategies, and oversee release processes while establishing technical standards and conducting code reviews.

• Drive the execution of SIT/UAT plans, manage defect triage, and oversee cutover execution; support go-live and stabilization with well-defined technical runbooks.

• Collaborate with product owners and federal stakeholders to ensure technical designs align with OMB-compliant budgeting cycles, fund structures, and reporting requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud technical design and implementation; a proven track record of leading complex projects.

• Demonstrated success in delivering federal budgeting solutions (formulation, execution, performance) in public-sector environments.

• Proficient in EPM integrations (EPM Data Integration/EPM Automate/REST), calculation scripting, and security configurations.

• Experience in integrating EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS, and leading cross-functional technical delivery teams.

• Excellent communication skills to translate federal financial requirements into detailed technical specifications and high-quality deliverables.
