This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as the primary project leader on a daily basis for assigned accounts, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Foster and enhance client relationships by driving the agendas for client-facing and MLR/PRC meetings, documenting action items, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
• Act as the main point of contact between PharmaForceIQ and vendors/partners, managing asset tagging, asset trafficking, and delivery, while addressing issues to maintain project timelines and scope.
• Direct project management for intricate, multi-channel initiatives, including HCP, patient, medical affairs, market access, and clinical trial recruitment campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and KPIs.
• Take ownership of the creation of monthly and quarterly performance reports, synthesizing data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance campaigns and guide future planning.
• Supervise the weekly review of dashboards and analytics to guarantee data integrity, timely updates, and actionable insights for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Participate in optichannel strategic planning by collaborating with paid media, search, creative, and data/analytics teams to translate brand and business objectives into cohesive activation plans.
• Recognize and implement process enhancements, tools, and best practices to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability of optichannel program execution.
• Assist in fostering new business and organic growth opportunities by contributing to scopes, timelines, and resource allocation for optichannel programs.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or agency account/project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Proven project management experience including timelines, status tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, documentation, and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry or with HCP and patient-focused campaigns is highly desirable.
