This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Monitoring and controlling production processes using computer systems.

• Operating and supervising energy installations and boiler rooms.

• Conducting readings and creating documentation for equipment operating parameters.

• Assisting the maintenance department with minor repairs.

• Performing routine inspections and generating analyses.

• 80% of the work in this position is conducted at a computer, in front of multiple screens monitoring production processes, with the remaining 20% dedicated to routine inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education.

• Experience in roles related to maintenance in production facilities (e.g., industrial mechanic) or in a power plant, or relevant experience in a similar position is preferred.

• Proficiency in computer usage.

• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.

• Additional qualifications as a boiler operator or willingness to obtain them.

• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

• Capability to handle stressful situations that require quick decision-making.

• Manual and technical skills.

• Responsibility and independence.

• Preferred certifications such as forklift or construction machinery licenses, as well as a category B driver's license.

• Proficiency in German to a level that allows for understanding and communication.
