Operations Manager – CO2 Bonuses

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire process from data gathering to payout.

• Ensure data integrity, implement clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and minimize manual interventions.

• Collaborate closely with the Technology, Finance, and Customer Operations teams.

• Establish audit readiness by implementing controls, maintaining documentation, and creating audit trails.

• Ensure the process adheres to regulatory standards and prepare actively for audits.

• Synchronize systems — HubSpot and the internal admin panel must operate concurrently.

• Convert deal structures into payout logic, define data models, and collaborate with Product and Engineering.

• Leverage data effectively — create dashboards that facilitate decision-making rather than just reporting.

• Identify process bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities, and address them effectively.

• Monetize data — discover upselling, cross-selling, and retention opportunities from existing data.

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop data-driven campaigns and revenue strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Operations, preferably in regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of data models and system logic with the capability to design them independently.

• Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.

• Methodical, process-oriented approach with a keen emphasis on quality.

• Self-motivated — you take initiative rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.
