Operations Coordinator, AI & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and coordination of relaunch activities across various teams, including managing timelines, tracking tasks, and facilitating internal transitions.

• Oversee the setup for cross-launch and cross-sell initiatives to ensure that all dependencies are addressed.

• Support legal and documentation processes by gathering inputs, drafting documents, organizing files, and monitoring the status of signatures.

• Develop initial drafts of various supporting materials, including comparison sheets, brochures, employer guides, and additional course resources.

• Manage reminders, follow-ups, and routine administrative tasks throughout the course lifecycle.

• Draft recommendation letters and facilitate their final review and approval process.

• Contribute to enhancing the consistency and efficiency of Production workflow management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in operations, coordination, administration, project support, or a related field.

• Proficiency in using AI tools and building automations, along with a proactive approach to exploring and implementing AI tools and automations in daily tasks.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and timelines with dependability and precision.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
