Operations and Digital Content Specialist – Legal Templates and Forms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify and acquire official forms (tax, legal, administrative, business) from various countries.

• Prepare and format these forms into clean, fillable PDFs using Adobe Acrobat, ensuring proper field types, alignment, tab order, validations, and styling.

• Verify that forms display correctly on both desktop and mobile platforms and function consistently within our editor.

• Review existing forms and continually enhance their quality, fillability, and consistency.

• Create and manage modular content blocks, clauses, and conditional logic in our CMS (Payload) that drive our agreement generation processes.

• Convert legal and product specifications into organized content models, including fields, collections, relationships, and conditional rules.

• Oversee version control, taxonomy, and metadata throughout the content library.

• Collaborate with engineering teams when updates are required for content models or integrations.

• Maintain a tidy, well-structured library of forms and templates, ensuring proper categorization, metadata, and discoverability.

• Work in partnership with the legal content team to confirm that agreement templates are accurate, modular, and scalable.

• Assist in prioritizing the development of new forms and templates based on market needs and product objectives.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite content preparation, formatting, and CMS tasks wherever feasible.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content operations, technical content management, product operations, or a comparable hands-on role.

• Significant hands-on experience with CMS platforms, particularly Payload. You should be comfortable working with content models, collections, fields, relationships, conditional logic, and versioning. This is the primary requirement.

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for creating fillable PDF forms — you are skilled in field types, alignment, tab order, calculations, and form validations.

• Strong analytical abilities — you can deconstruct a complex agreement or document flow into modular blocks and conditional rules.

• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills — you maintain large content libraries in a clean and structured manner.

• Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated — you advance projects independently without needing constant guidance.

• Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance personal productivity.
