This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide voice assistance to customers in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized resolutions to meet their needs;
• Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the aim of fostering loyalty and ensuring the best for the customer;
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn rewards based on your performance;
• Welcome, resolve inquiries, and handle requests with excellence, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Completed High School education;
• Sales experience will be considered an advantage;
• Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday);
• Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps and a wired network connection for desktop use.
