This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide voice assistance to clients in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized resolutions to meet their needs.
• Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the aim of fostering loyalty and ensuring the best for the client.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives, with the opportunity to earn rewards based on your performance.
• Welcome, address inquiries, and fulfill requests with excellence, ensuring complete satisfaction for each client.
• Completed High School education.
• Experience in sales will be considered an advantage.
• Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday).
• Daily work hours: 6 hours and 20 minutes.
• Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps and a wired network connection for desktop use.
