This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide voice-based support to customers in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized resolutions to meet their needs;
• Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the aim of fostering loyalty and ensuring the best for the customer;
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn rewards based on performance;
• Welcome, resolve inquiries, and handle requests with excellence, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Completed High School education;
• Experience in sales will be an advantage;
• Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday);
• Daily shift of 6 hours and 20 minutes;
• Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps and wired connection for desktop use;
• Clear and objective communication skills;
• Customer service techniques;
• Active listening and analysis of customer needs;
• Time management and prioritization of tasks;
• Proactivity and a desire to make a difference;
• Ability to work in a team and seek creative solutions to delight customers;
• A passion for challenges and a results-oriented mindset.
