This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide customer service via voice in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized resolutions to meet their needs;
• Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the aim of fostering loyalty and ensuring the best for the customer;
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives, with the opportunity to earn rewards based on your performance;
• Welcome, address inquiries, and handle requests with excellence, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Completed High School education
• Experience in sales will be considered an advantage
• Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)
• Daily working hours: 6 hours and 20 minutes
• Internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps and a wired connection for desktop use.
