Open Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of the clients' plan specifications and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment.

• Guarantee the highest level of service is delivered during every interaction.

• Operate both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Support participants through a concierge service approach.

• Deliver exceptional, proactive service.

• Oversee daily management of ongoing and new cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in medical enrollment.

• Background in healthcare or substantial call center experience.
