This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide non-promotional and compliant education on polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia to healthcare professionals.

• Offer clinical education focused on treatment objectives and patient care requirements.

• Train office personnel on treatment initiation and laboratory monitoring processes.

• Ensure a clear distinction from promotional activities while collaborating with field partners.

• Evaluate educational needs within oncology practices and customize educational content accordingly.

• Utilize approved educational materials to deliver precise and pertinent information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate appropriate educational interactions.

• Accurately document educational activities in the necessary systems.

• Conduct all engagements in compliance with regulations and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A valid RN license is required; a BSN is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical nursing, nurse education, or healthcare professional education is required.

• Experience in oncology or hematology is necessary.

• Previous experience in educating nurses, advanced practice providers, physicians, and office-based clinical staff is preferred.

• Familiarity with oncology office workflows, patient monitoring, and the practical needs of both community and academic practice settings is essential.

• A strong understanding of compliance requirements and the capability to function effectively within non-promotional role boundaries is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.

• Ability to work independently, manage territory activities, and collaborate effectively across different internal functions.

• Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
