This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Act as a strategic educational leader within academic and community oncology accounts.
β’ Deliver proactive and reactive education to patient care team members utilizing approved resources.
β’ Create tailored educational plans that align with account dynamics and clinical insights.
β’ Provide education to healthcare professionals regarding product preparation, administration, adverse-event management, and monitoring.
β’ Convey pertinent clinical education topics to a wide range of audiences.
β’ Raise awareness about disease states and facilitate accurate patient diagnosis.
β’ Conduct one-on-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations.
β’ Instruct patient care teams on the product infusion process.
β’ Record and disseminate clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening.
β’ Participate in and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
β’ Assist with exhibit booths and displays as needed.
β’ Enhance clinical training initiatives and improve internal sales team competencies.
β’ Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence teams.
β’ Potentially offer education to patients in settings focused on patient advocacy.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; Nursing or Nurse Practitioner degree preferred.
β’ A minimum of three years of combined clinical experience and/or experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical education, or medical affairs; oncology experience is preferred.
β’ Prior experience in an infusion center setting, either supporting patients or healthcare professionals, is preferred.
β’ Experience in developing or implementing chemotherapy/biologics infusion procedures and protocols for therapy administration and patient safety monitoring is preferred.
β’ Exceptional communication, objective-setting, influencing, business acumen, and analytical capabilities.
β’ Proven ability to adapt to change and show a commitment to continuous learning.
β’ Experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
β’ Ability to identify emerging trends in the oncology market and their implications for providers and patients.
β’ Track record of success working within cross-functional teams.
β’ Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
β’ Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight trips and occasional weekends.
β’ Capability to operate a personal vehicle, company vehicle, or powered material-handling equipment.
β’ A valid driver's license is required.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe-driving requirements.
