This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Actively engage with allied healthcare professionals by providing product and disease education that supports patient management throughout the continuum of approved therapies.
• Offer continuous education and resources regarding patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect handling.
• Work in collaboration with field teams to facilitate education for allied healthcare clinicians.
• Interact with clinicians in designated accounts to deliver clinical in-services and educational sessions.
• Recognize educational needs and enhance awareness of disease states, symptom management, and appropriate patient identification.
• Function as a strategic educational leader in both academic and community oncology settings.
• Create tailored educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Provide education on preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, and monitoring of oncology products.
• Conduct 1:1 presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations utilizing approved materials.
• Inform patient-care teams about the product infusion process.
• Record and share clinical insights through strategic questioning and attentive listening.
• Attend and deliver clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local gatherings.
• Support exhibit booths and displays as necessary.
• Advance clinical training initiatives and enhance internal sales team competencies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence teams.
• Potentially educate patients in advocacy meeting environments using approved resources.
• Travel 50% of the time, which may include overnight and occasional weekend trips.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Nursing or Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• A Master’s level degree is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of combined clinical experience and/or experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical education, or medical affairs is required; oncology experience is preferred.
• Experience in or supporting patients and healthcare providers in an infusion-center environment is preferred.
• Background in developing or implementing chemotherapy/biologics infusion procedures and protocols for therapy administration and patient-safety monitoring is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, objective-setting, influencing, business acumen, and analytical skills are necessary.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
• Awareness of current oncology market trends and their impacts on providers and patients.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
• Capability to drive a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
