This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Offer expertise in therapeutic areas and products across various medical customer segments.
• Develop and implement Medical strategy and engagement initiatives for designated customers within a specific territory.
• Stay informed about relevant therapeutic areas, disease states, and Pfizer products.
• Act as a liaison for Medical Information and customer insights.
• Comprehend Pfizer Medical Affairs priorities to assist in the development of Medical content strategies.
• Ensure effective communication among Medical colleagues.
• Exhibit proficiency in communication across diverse channels.
• Enhance the patient-centric nature of Medical communications and deliverables.
• Present approved medical content concerning Pfizer products.
• Identify and pursue medical engagement opportunities with key customer segments.
• Supply scientifically validated information in response to inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs colleagues for the identification of clinical trial sites.
• Provide Medical support throughout the Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process.
• Foster expertise in research and therapeutic areas.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a health science is mandatory.
• Relevant experience is required: PharmD/PhD with 6 years of experience, MBA/MSc with 8 years of experience, or BA/BSc with 10 years of experience.
• Recognized subject matter expert among both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of managing a substantial volume of projects developed within a remote environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, implement them successfully, and exhibit excellent judgment skills.
• Collaborate within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team to cultivate strong professional relationships between Pfizer and customers.
• Effectively navigate and lead through change in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Show adaptability to new opportunities and organizational changes.
• Engage in problem-solving and networking across the enterprise to uncover solutions.
• Quickly adopt and employ new digital technologies and resources in interactions with medical customers.
• Operate a Pfizer company vehicle and frequently travel by airplane.
• Be flexible to travel 60-80% of the time.
