Onboarding Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients who have expressed interest in a software demonstration.

• Arrange Zoom meetings, balancing your availability with that of the clients.

• Conduct Zoom sessions utilizing our advanced software to assist clients in evaluating their needs and selecting the most suitable program options.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring every client has a positive experience.

• Keep well-organized records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

• Work collaboratively with team members to continually improve the onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with a high degree of personal discipline.

• Tech-savvy with the capability to quickly learn and use new software.

• Previous experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred.
