Onboarding Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish communication with clients who have expressed interest in a software demonstration.

• Arrange Zoom meetings, balancing your schedule with the availability of clients.

• Facilitate Zoom sessions utilizing our advanced software to assist clients in evaluating their needs and selecting the most suitable program options.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

• Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

• Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of personal discipline.

• Technologically adept with a quick learning curve for new software.

• Previous experience in customer service or phone-related positions is advantageous.
