Onboarding Risk Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Onboarding Risk team

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members

• Offer expert assistance on complex or high-risk applications

• Take ownership of onboarding risk procedures and strive for continuous process improvement

• Foster strong relationships within the Risk department and with key stakeholders

• Supervise and enhance onboarding risk management

• Collaborate with Legal, Support, and Product teams to enhance Risk & Compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Onboarding or Credit Risk domains

• At least 2 years of experience in Merchant Acquiring, E-Commerce, or a comparable role within a FinTech

• Over 3 years of experience in managing teams

• Ability to work comfortably with teams across multiple time zones

• A positive attitude with a passion for supporting and developing others

• Strong communication skills, fluent in English both spoken and written

• Proficient in utilizing Artificial Intelligence in daily tasks
