This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Receiving, addressing, tracking, and responding to customer requests;
• Engaging with our customers via the Ombudsman contact channels (telephone and email);
• Composing replies to Citizen's Demands Registration System (BACEN-RDR), **consumidor.gov**, and municipal and state PROCONs;
• Monitoring and managing administrative requests in collaboration with our legal partners;
• Offering guidance on customer-related matters to the Customer Support Engineering Team;
• Collaborating with other teams to align strategies and recommend enhancements to products and processes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities;
• Proficient communication skills in Portuguese;
• Intermediate proficiency in English;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong organizational capabilities;
• Good analytical skills;
• Quick learner;
• Passion for technology;
• Capacity to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Prior experience in Consumer law and conflict mediation will be considered advantageous.
• A keen interest in learning and applying the latest technology to daily tasks is essential; familiarity and experience with GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT) are preferred.
• Experience in enhancing and automating customer service channels through AI, as well as assisting in the rollout of new channels such as consumidor.gov, will also be viewed favorably.
