This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide guidance to potential and current participants regarding funding opportunities and appropriate training programs.
• Proactively interact with and follow up with prospective participants to promote course registrations and ensure high enrollment rates for our training services.
• Communicate with prospects, participants, and instructors via phone and email in both German and English.
• Maintain, oversee, and update data related to participants, funding, and billing.
• Independently organize and execute selected projects aimed at enhancing customer communications and boosting the visibility of our training offerings.
• Manage the administrative coordination of online and on-campus seminars, ensuring seamless operations.
• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification, along with relevant professional experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience in building and sustaining customer relationships, with a solid understanding of customer-focused advisory and sales processes.
• A structured working approach with the ability to prioritize tasks independently while maintaining a strong service and results-oriented mindset, even under multiple concurrent demands.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in conducting consultative conversations with prospects or customers through to closing.
• Proficient use of digital work environments and experience working within fully remote teams.
• Willingness to embrace digital tools and new technologies, particularly practical applications of AI-supported tools in everyday tasks.
• Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
