This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee general office administration tasks such as managing emails, filing documents, and handling correspondence.
• Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
• Maintain well-structured digital filing systems and document management practices.
• Process and monitor invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding administrative issues.
• Prepare essential reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Assist management with various administrative and operational tasks on an ad hoc basis.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration or a comparable support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a remote working environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Matric certificate is mandatory; a relevant diploma is preferred.
