Of Counsel – Labor & Employment Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Handle intricate labor and employment matters, including wage and hour class actions, individual plaintiff litigation, and proactive counseling.

• Offer strategic legal guidance and representation for a diverse clientele.

• Work in partnership with colleagues and clients to provide effective legal solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney with a California bar license.

• Extensive experience (preferably 7+ years) in labor and employment litigation and advisory roles.

• Proven expertise in wage and hour class actions, individual employment cases, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Exceptional skills in writing, research, and oral advocacy.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with partners and clients in a dynamic work environment.
