This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Provide occupational therapy services that are in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
β’ Perform assessments and carry out interventions as needed.
β’ Establish goals and monitor the progress of students.
β’ Prepare documentation and progress reports for review.
β’ Engage in IEP meetings and collaborate with the team.
β’ Maintain communication with school personnel, families, and other stakeholders.
β’ A valid occupational therapy license in North Carolina is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of one year of experience with IEPs and collaboration in school settings is preferred.
β’ Proficient in utilizing technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems.
β’ Must have a reliable internet connection and access to suitable technology for virtual service provision.
β’ Annual Loyalty Bonus.
β’ Compensation for documentation, IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reporting.
β’ Payment for no-shows and late cancellations.
β’ An additional 15 minutes added to your first session for each new student assigned to your caseload (hourly positions) for IEP review and scheduling.
β’ Flexible employment options available, including 1099 or W2, based on your preference.
β’ Paid training at $20/hour, which includes HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training.
