Nurse Practitioner Educator – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Prepare and conduct engaging live Nurse Practitioner Certification Review courses.

• Utilize developed content to skillfully deliver captivating and dynamic material.

• Apply adult learning principles to engage learners and enhance content retention.

• Assist APRN programs by integrating APEA solutions.

• Provide content development support as a subject matter expert.

• Present courses both online and in-person throughout the year.

• Travel to conduct in-person events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing.

• Extensive knowledge of the Nurse Practitioner Certification Exam Blueprint.

• Current, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License.

• At least 2 years of experience in teaching or presenting at conferences as a podium presenter; 5+ years preferred.

• Preferred experience as a family, psychiatric mental health, or adult geriatric acute care nurse practitioner.

• Maintain expertise in NP certification exams.

• Continuously enhance and update evidence-based knowledge of advanced practice.

• Exhibit an enthusiastic and engaging presentation style.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism.

• Demonstrate technological proficiency with various applications.

• Foster a collaborative environment with faculty and students.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Assist students in identifying their personal learning needs.

• Encourage and support students in developing critical-thinking skills.
