This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +19 more states.
β’ Engage directly with patients to provide medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) within a fully remote outpatient framework.
β’ Effectively initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment independently within a structured, team-supported care model.
β’ Availability for full-time work: 30-40 hours per week, with a variety of shift options.
β’ Possess an active Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence.
β’ Applicants residing in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, or Virginia must have the necessary designation or licensure to practice independently without physician oversight in their respective states.
β’ Have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient environment where you frequently prescribed buprenorphine-based medications.
β’ Demonstrate a strong patient-centered approach and the ability to work independently.
β’ Maintain a private workspace that is HIPAA-compliant.
β’ W2 employment with health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
β’ Boulder covers up to 100% of monthly premiums for individual coverage.
β’ 60% coverage of monthly premiums for dependents.
β’ Vacation Time: 4 weeks per year (increases to 5 weeks after 2 years) and 9 paid holidays.
β’ 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave after 6 months of employment.
β’ Sick leave accrual at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours paid.
β’ Full coverage for state licensure, DEA registration and renewals, malpractice insurance, and credentialing.

β’ Advanced certification pay differentials: +2% for PMHNP, +1% for CARN-AP after 6 months, contingent on performance and good standing.
