This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our clients to analyze workflows in notary offices.

• Implement our advanced notary software for new clients, both remotely and on-site.

• Identify and showcase potential enhancements through targeted utilization of the software.

• Configure and optimize workflows within the software environment.

• Assist in the development of solutions to problems and pinpoint optimization chances.

• Conduct training sessions for users, both remotely and on-site.

• Serve as the liaison between customers and product management to effectively communicate requirements and feedback.

• Contribute to the functional design and ongoing development of the software.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a judicial or notary clerk, notary assistant, notary specialist, legal specialist (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a notary office or law firm.

• A passion for innovative IT solutions and complex legal matters.

• Basic technical knowledge and an interest in digital work processes.

• Practical experience with notary software and electronic legal communication.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor, along with a structured, independent, and customer-focused working style.

• Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word.

• Fluent in German (spoken and written); good English skills are a plus.

• Willingness to travel within Germany.
