This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Assess lists of synonyms and related terms for precision, relevance, and natural flow.

• Detect linguistic inaccuracies, awkward constructions, or improper usage and propose corrections.

• Create enhanced or alternative synonyms that align more closely with the intended meanings.

• Offer valuable linguistic insights to elevate language quality and consistency.

• Work in collaboration with project managers and fellow linguists to achieve quality benchmarks and meet deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in linguistics, translation, copyediting, or similar fields.

• Proficient command of the English language.

• In-depth understanding of synonyms, semantics, and contextual meanings.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to adhere to linguistic guidelines.

• Prior experience in linguistic quality assurance or content review is advantageous.

• Dependable internet connection and ability to work autonomously.
