This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer project design direction throughout the planning phase and assist teams in integrating lessons learned and insights from previous projects.
• Assist in the design and upkeep of a database to capture, monitor, and analyze projects and insights.
• Collaborate with various project teams to collect insights and assess impact.
• Identify communities of practice to foster shared learning experiences.
• Advise project staff on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and HUB data reporting to ensure comprehensive data and insights.
• Deliver presentations, written reports, and other formats to leadership and stakeholders that cover portfolio strategy, implementation tools, and trends.
• Partner with leadership to pinpoint portfolio-level lessons and insights.
• Enhance project design, document and apply lessons learned, and promote a culture of continuous learning and iteration.
• A Master's degree in a social science-related field along with 2 years of experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams across various geographies.
• Skilled in extracting, synthesizing, interpreting, and conveying information.
• Experienced in preparing reports that convey findings effectively.
• Ability to communicate and work with a diverse range of individuals.
• Proven ability to build trust to facilitate effective information and insight sharing.
• Strong social science expertise, particularly in evaluating behavior change.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in providing guidance on project design, implementation, and impact evaluation.
• Capability to work from a home office within the continental United States.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for multi-day retreats, meetings, and conferences.
• Flexibility to work long hours as necessary to coordinate with staff and partners across the U.S. or region.
