This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Monitor the performance of products and infrastructure on a 24/7 basis.
• Quickly identify, analyze, and escalate incidents that affect users or the business.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, support, and other technical teams during incident resolution.
• Maintain an event log and document key incidents.
• Develop and uphold a monitoring and alerting system to enhance service observation quality.
• Assist in conducting technical investigations and analyzing root causes of issues.
• Provide guidance to non-technical teams regarding the operation of internal services and technical processes.
• Proficiency in Linux and confident command line usage.
• Understanding of fundamental computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, basic networking).
• Skills in troubleshooting and the ability to analyze technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (writing SELECT queries).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule (3/3, including night shifts).
